Diamond Ledge

Directions: Take I91 to 20 West to Granby. From Granby, take 20 West toward West Granby. Immediately after the post office, take a left at the Y junction to West Granby Rd. then take a left onto Simsbury Rd. then your first right onto Broad Hill Rd. Please drive slowly by the horse farm and park at the small dirt parking lot on the left.
Hike up the gravel road and turn right into the woods accross from the large brown Holcomb Farm Trail sign, and Look Out For Bears! you're in their territory now. Continue up toward the 60 foot cliff and you will arrive at the base of Diamond Ledge. There is some potential good bouldering if you continue to hike around the right of the cliff. If you hike from the base of Diamond Ledge toward the left and up the side of the cliff you will see a large 12 foot boulder and off in the distance past that you will see Chimney Rock about 100 feet further. |

Diamond ledge is a great location! Tons of different routes for beginners and experienced climbers. Easy spot to get too with great vibes surrounding it!
